 ur Printing capabilities consist of a variety of new, high speed (15,000 sheets per hour) 6 colour and coating 40" offset presses. All presses can apply water base coating. This coating is used for packaging requiring a high gloss and improved rub resistance. Our 7-colour Planeta is equipped with a perfecting unit for printing both sides of the sheet. All presses have computerized inking consoles to assist in faster set ups and to maintain colour consistency between runs.

The Diecutting Departments are equipped with Bobst 1020 diecutters that complement our printing equipment. The cutting and creasing operation is enhanced by our in-house diemakers to ensure that changes or repairs to dies can be done quickly to eliminate unnecessary downtime. The Finishing Departments are equipped with multifunctional gluing equipment. This enables us to provide a variety of packaging styles such as 4-corner beers, 6-corner beers, seal end and autobottom cartons. In addition, we have the capability of applying acetate or polyester window patches.
